DC United – Segra Field Stadium

Branch delivered a new home stadium for Loudoun United FC, the USL reserve team of D.C. United.
Located at Philip A. Bolen Memorial Park in Leesburg, Segra Field is a 5,000-seat stadium that also includes a training facility and team offices for D.C. United and its youth development academy.
In addition to the stadium, the project included approximately 800 new parking spaces, with 300 designated for park-and-ride use. Branch’s scope of work encompassed turn lane improvements on both Crosstrail Boulevard and Sycolin Road, new entrance and exit connections to Crosstrail Boulevard and Claudia Drive, and improvements to various incidental roadways. The site was equipped with three bus bays, transit shelters, benches, and bike lockers to support multimodal transportation.
