INTERNSHIPS

6 members of The Branch Group team in safety gear

EXPERIENCE THAT REALLY MATTERS

Real-world. Hands-on.
Exceptional learning.

Our internship program is focused on career development, portfolio enhancement, and deep-learning. Throughout the nine-week rotation, you’ll get real-world experience in estimating, project management, and field management.

You’ll really use your PPE. Your safety goggles, helmet, gloves, and boots will get dirty. You’ll spend your time in the office, job-site trailer and on site with trade professionals.

As an intern, you’ll rotate through various roles – each lasting three weeks. The work – and, yes, it’s actual meaningful work – is varied, exciting, and thought-provoking. The kind of work you’ll brag about to your friends.

You’ll also enjoy non-boring and authentic professional development. You’ll learn the hands-on and soft skills you need to be successful throughout your career.

You’ll meet people through social events and meet ups with industry professionals. You’ll meet the people and work on the projects that will launch you into a prosperous career in construction.

WHAT WE DELIVER

HANDS ON

EXPERIENCE

Estimating

Working as an estimator, you’ll draw up, estimate, and determine the overall costs of projects. You’ll help to create lists of needed materials, make assessments, and act proactively so that the client’s needs are met.

Project Management

Working with our project management teams, you’ll learn what it takes to successfully complete a construction project from start to finish. You’ll establish timelines and calculate costs. With your help, the project will remain on schedule and within budget. You’ll communicate with our client-owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on site.

Field Management

In field management, you’ll communicate plans to client-owners, subcontractors, field personnel, and trade partners. You’ll prepare construction schedules, make weather plans, and keep eyes on the budgets.
