These up-scale apartments included granite countertops, hardwood flooring, tiled bathrooms, and large windows. The apartments are primarily studio and 1 bedroom units, while the 6th level has a single 2-bedroom unit. There is a lounge, fitness room and terrace on the 6th level for residents to enjoy. On the first floor, the building includes space for a retailer, restaurant or business seeking frontage.
