Alleghany Regional Commerce Center

Branch was the Prime Contractor for this 10 acre project that was part of an overall 104 acre business park located between Covington and Clifton Forge, just off I-64. Branch provided the resources to level the site, including stormwater management, to increase the marketability for future development. Branch’s work at the site included 45 acres of clearing, 750,000 CY of material movement and placement, 500,000 CY of rock crushing for fill placement, 4,700 LF of storm drainage, sewer and road relocation for residents adjacent to the project, overhead utility relocation, and a 2.5-acre permanent stormwater pond with impermeable liner and aquatic plantings.
