Branch is proud to host its inaugural Branch Gives Classic Golf Tournament on Monday, June 5, 2023, at the prestigious Ballyhack Golf Club. Funds raised will benefit Habitat for Humanity.
The goal of the tournament is to raise awareness and financial support to help address the need for and access to safe and affordable housing for families and individuals. Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley has been providing these homes for low-income families since 1985, through the generosity of donors.
“Branch is honored to host our first annual Branch Gives Classic Golf Tournament to raise funds that will directly benefit this worthy cause in the Roanoke Valley and communities where we work and live. Each fall, our employee-owners vote on the charities they’d like to support in the new year. Here at Branch, building is what we do, so it makes sense that our employees chose to support Habitat for Humanity,” said Leah Kinder, Chairman of Branch Gives, Branch’s charitable giving committee.
The tournament will kick off with a reception and silent auction on Sunday, June 4, 2023, followed by a shotgun start at 10:00 AM Monday, June 5, 2023. The tournament will feature 18 holes of golf, food, drinks, and various competitions, including closest-to-the-pin and longest-drive. Sponsorship opportunities and the silent auction can be viewed at www.branchgivesclassic.com. We welcome everyone to bid on the auction items graciously donated by area businesses.
