Branch Builds, a Branch business unit, and a premier construction firm headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia, was named a 2023 Accredited Quality Contractor by Associated Builders and Contractors (AB) for the second year in a row.
Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) status is bestowed on construction firms that are committed to corporate responsibility in five key areas:
- Quality
- Safety
- Talent Management (including diversity, equity, and inclusion)
- Craft
- Management Education and Community Relations

AQC recipients pledge to provide their clients with the highest quality construction services, care deeply about their employees and the communities, and dedicated to the principles of free enterprise. AQC recipients must also provide employees with the skills and tools they need to work safely and productively to meet the needs of their clients.
