This annual honor is awarded to innovative, driven individuals who impact the Roanoke region through their significant contributions. At the Branch Group, Kenna has been instrumental in re-inventing how to build pipelines of future talent, connect across the construction and trades industries, and attract the best talent. Through her passion for people, Kenna has built relationships within and outside our business, introducing our industry to many future employees. By getting construction in front of new audiences, including schools, teachers, parents, and guidance counselors, she’s been able to open career paths for construction and showcase opportunities for both kids and adults.
