Branch is proud to announce the appointment of Jeff Floyd as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a pivotal step in strengthening our leadership team. Jeff will report to CEO Bob Wills, join the board of directors, and oversee finance, accounting, real estate, and ESOP functions.
Jeff brings a wealth of experience to his new role as CFO. He first joined E.V. Williams (now part of Branch Civil) in 2015 as a controller and rose to Vice President of Finance for Branch in 2019. During his tenure, Jeff played a key role in developing Branch’s financial planning and analysis procedures and contributed to Branch’s contributing to our strategic planning efforts.
For the past four years, Jeff served as Vice President and Treasurer at a Virginia-based construction firm, further honing his financial leadership skills. Now, as Branch’s CFO, he’s poised to enhance our employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and support our long-term goals. “Jeff is a well-respected financial leader. He’ll be an asset to our company and help grow our ESOP,” said Bob Wills, Branch’s Chief Executive Officer.
This appointment reflects Branch’s commitment to strong financial governance and strategic growth. Jeff’s deep history with Branch and proven track record make him the ideal choice to lead our finance team.
