Don Graul retires after four transformative years at Branch
After four transformative years at Branch, chief executive officer Don Graul retires. Chief financial officer Bob Wills will take over the role as Branch’s chief executive.
“Branch’s Board of Directors is grateful to Don for his excellent leadership and vision,” said Ronald W. Oakley, chair of the board.
Don’s tenure as CEO has been nothing short of transformative. Under his guidance, Branch Group navigated complex market challenges, delivering consistent value to our employee-owners and communities, and solidified our reputation as an industry leader.
Stepping into the CEO role, Bob brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record within Branch.
Bob joined Branch in 2017, serving as chief financial officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Branch, Bob was the CFO for M+W Americas, Inc., a global engineering, procurement, and construction firm.
“I’m honored to take on this role and build on Don’s incredible foundation,” Bob said. “My focus will be on accelerating growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring Branch Group remains a trusted partner to our clients and the communities we serve.
Under Bob Wills’ leadership, Branch will continue to prioritize the development of our team, ensuring that the men and women of Branch Group have the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
“Branch is a great company with endless prospects,” said Wills. “We are helping our clients transform the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, and I am most excited about continuing to work with the men and women of Branch to reach new heights.”
