Hobbies

Outside of class, I like to play basketball and tennis as well as paint and make tables.

Why Construction?

I’m interested in Construction because I feel obligated as a student to explore as many disciplines within Civil Engineering as possible before graduation. I’ve recently become interested in the processes it takes to construct different types of infrastructure and how to make these processes as sustainable as they can be. This past summer I traveled to Ghana, Africa to create clean and renewable Water Treatment Centers in six different villages in the Northern Region.

Career Goals

Long term I see myself attending Grad School and focusing a lot of my work on more humanitarian projects, probably in partnership with NGOs and non-profits.
