In December of 2010, Craig Floyd became President of Branch & Associates, Inc., now Branch Builds, after having served in various project management capacities and as Vice President of Operations since 2002. As President, Mr. Floyd is the steward of continuing the highly respected Branch reputation throughout the region. He is responsible for providing strategic direction, aligning business, financial, service and operations’ initiatives with the company goals while maintaining a high focus on management of client relationships. Mr. Floyd has focused a great deal of his attention on improving client service through fostering a service attitude culture and through the adoption of state-of-the-art technology and more efficient processes within the Branch Builds organization. His strategic vision for Branch remains focused on the three fundamental aspects of the Branch Vision: Exemplary Business Relationships, Exceptional Performance and Employee Ownership.
